With a proven track record of driving multimillion–dollar growth, Liz Murnin brings deep experience aligning strategy with measurable business outcomes
VSA Partners, a leading strategy and creative agency, today announced the appointment of Liz Murnin as Associate Partner, Strategic Growth, signifying its investment in strategic business development and long-term agency transformation.
With more than two decades of experience fueling growth across top agencies, Murnin joins VSA to lead business development, sales strategy and agency positioning. She most recently served in senior leadership roles at CPG Agency, Nitrous Effect and Hawkeye (a Publicis company), where she led growth strategies that generated tens of millions of dollars in new business and helped reposition agencies for national expansion.

Over her career, Murnin has designed integrated marketing solutions that connect business goals to bold, creative outcomes for global brands including AB InBev, Nestlé Purina, Citi and Microsoft.
A recognized leader in the industry, Murnin is an active member of AMA Chicago, She Runs It and Women We Admire. She was recently named one of Illinois’ top women leaders in both 2024 and 2025 for her contributions to marketing and her commitment to advancing women in leadership.
