Acquisition expands Titan Cloud’s unified platform, extending optimization from fuel assets to site equipment and EV infrastructure
Titan Cloud, the leading AI-driven data platform for Energy Asset Optimization, today announced plans to acquire Urgent and Techniche EV, best-in-class maintenance solutions from Techniche Limited. The acquisition, expected to close early Q4 2025, advances Titan Cloud’s strategy to deliver the industry’s most comprehensive platform for energy asset management.
The deal strengthens Titan Cloud’s maintenance capabilities, extending coverage beyond traditional fuel assets to include site equipment and EV infrastructure. It also expands Titan Cloud’s global reach, bringing proven best practices to operators navigating digitalization, tighter regulations, and the shift to alternative energy.
“Titan Cloud is transforming how operators manage energy assets,” said Brett Garrett, CEO of Titan Cloud. “Urgent strengthens our maintenance capabilities, while Techniche EV advances our long-term vision of an energy-agnostic platform powered by data science and AI. With maintenance capabilities integrated seamlessly across our platform, these solutions help operators optimize performance, cut costs, and deliver on their energy strategy with measurable ROI and sustainable impact.”
Equipment failures drain revenue and erode customer trust. From coffee machines to car washes to fuel dispensers and EV chargers, every minute offline means lost sales and risks driving customers elsewhere. Operators feel it in their budgets, with nearly two-thirds of facilities spending up to 20% on maintenance, making it one of the largest addressable areas of waste.
Titan Cloud already unifies fuel inventory, logistics, compliance, and maintenance in a single platform. With Urgent and Techniche EV, operators will gain deeper visibility into fuel and non-fuel assets, turning maintenance from a cost center into a driver of uptime and profitability.
Titan Cloud powers many of the world’s largest downstream operators, and with the addition of these solutions and Techniche’s global reach, its impact will extend even further. The anticipated acquisition will reinforce Titan Cloud’s position as the platform that enables operators to automate, modernize, and advance their energy strategies worldwide.
