Acquisition advances SwiftComply’s mission to unify regulatory compliance programs on a single platform for water utilities across North America
SwiftComply, a leading software platform for water compliance, announced the acquisition of CloudCompli, a trusted provider of stormwater compliance solutions. As part of the transaction, SwiftComply also brings in NPDESPro. Together, the acquisitions mark a significant step forward in SwiftComply’s strategy to deliver a comprehensive, connected platform for managing environmental compliance across North America.
CloudCompli and NPDESPro are widely used by municipal stormwater teams to manage inspections, enforcement, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Their addition allows SwiftComply customers to manage FOG, Backflow, Industrial Pretreatment, and Stormwater programs in a single, unified platform.

The deal represents SwiftComply’s first acquisition since receiving a strategic growth investment from M33 Growth earlier this year.
