The Advisory Board provides strategic insights and guidance to help Somos deliver value to its customers and stakeholders.
Ms. Donohue oversees the Product House of Engage – Omnichannel Applications for Proximus Global, the parent company of BICS, Telesign and Route Mobile. In her role, she spearheads efforts in consolidating the digital omnichannel engagement portfolio, application design, industry advocacy and architecture harmonization. With over 12 years of experience in the messaging industry, she has established herself as a data-driven and empathic technology executive, operationalizing best practices into intuitive product offerings and advancing best-in-class user experiences through scalable automation and sustainable business models. Prior to her role at Proximus, Ms. Donohue served as Vice President of Messaging Operations & Consumer Trust at EZ Texting.
