Phil Hummel provides land use and zoning counsel in several Maryland jurisdictions and is dedicated to achieving outstanding results for his clients. Phil has advised on some of the region’s most substantial real estate projects, including large mixed-use developments near transit, public-private partnerships incorporating significant amounts of affordable and workforce housing, new life sciences facilities supporting biotech innovation, and the first local locations of well-known retailers.
