Crescent Cove Advisors, LP(“Crescent Cove”), a San Francisco-based firm providing private capital solutions to middle-market growth technology companies, today announced the hiring of Scott Wall as Managing Director.
“Scott brings deep institutional experience and strong leadership that align well with Crescent Cove’s focus on disciplined investments and long-term partnerships across the technology sector,” said Jun Hong Heng, founder and Chief Investment Officer at Crescent Cove. “His leadership will be critical as we continue to deliver risk-adjusted returns for our investors and support growth-stage technology companies.”
In his role as Managing Director, Scott will lead the firm’s investor relations and fundraising efforts, leveraging his institutional background to strengthen existing limited partner relationships while driving the firm’s continued expansion of its client base.
Before joining Crescent Cove, Scott served as a Senior Vice President at ATEL Capital Group, where he led the firm’s investor relations function. Prior to ATEL, he was a Client Services Executive at Zenith American Solutions managing defined benefit plan client relationships, and an Investment Associate at RVK, Inc.
Crescent Cove also announced the addition of Joe Schwartz as Senior Associate and promotion of three colleagues to senior level positions.
- Sunny Gill, Chief People Officer – Gill joined Crescent Cove in 2022, where he has since partnered with senior leadership to support talent acquisition, employee development and the integration of human capital strategies across the firm.
- Paul Gerard, Vice President – Gerard joined Crescent Cove in 2024 and has supported the firms activities with regards to investor relations, fundraising and marketing.
- Sam Tarasow, Senior Fund Accountant – Tarasow joined Crescent Cove in 2024, where he helped to expand the scope of the in-house Finance function, supporting the firm’s Head of Finance with accounting and reporting.
