This important milestone advances the construction of Sarasota’s most anticipated private dining club, set to open in late 2025.

The Sarasota club is modeled after and associated with 1000 NORTH Jupiter, Palm Beach County’s iconic waterfront restaurant and private club. Founded by a distinguished group of partners including Michael Jordan, Ernie Els, Marvin Shanken, Ira Fenton and other founding partners, the original location has become a nationally recognized destination for culinary excellence and elevated social experiences.
In Sarasota, the concept is being brought to life through a collaboration between Jupiter managing partner Ira Fenton and Sarasota-based developer Kevin Daves, whose portfolio includes The Concession Golf Club and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences in Sarasota.
