Acquisition Marks the First Investment in Rockbridge’s FormativGroup Platform, Offering App Development, Data Architecture and Consulting Services Focused on the Middle Market
Rockbridge Growth Equity (“Rockbridge”), a partnership-oriented middle market private equity firm with a differentiated approach to building and growing companies, announced today that it has made a majority investment in Access Global Group (or the “Company”), a Salesforce-focused solutions and services company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Access Global Group marks the first investment in Rockbridge’s FormativGroup platform, which will seek to further invest in partner companies to offer modernized application development, data architecture and consulting services focused on the middle market and growing enterprise market segments. Rockbridge Industry Advisor Gene Chao is serving as CEO of FormativGroup. An IBM and Unisys veteran, Mr. Chao has a track record of leading technology services business units for numerous high performing enterprises.
For over 15 years, Access Global Group has provided consulting services to mid-sized businesses to assist with the implementation and integration of Salesforce applications, focused on the sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, and tableau. In addition to helping customers optimize value from Salesforce, the Company also offers post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance services. Headquartered in Southlake, TX, with additional offices in Canada and India, Access Global Group primarily serves customers in the financial services and public sector end-markets. Access Global Group CEO Vamsi Bollineni will continue to lead the Company with the existing management team.
