- Limited mentorship opportunities: 45% of workers said they didn’t have a mentor or peer to guide them early in their career.
- Support managing workloads: 39% struggled with prioritizing the tasks at hand.
- Insufficient onboarding: 36% felt unprepared due to inadequate employer training.
- Lack of internship experience: 34% entered the workforce without an internship or relevant work experience.
- Skills gap: 34% felt that they weren’t able to make an immediate impact with the skills they possessed.
