RISCPoint, a leading cybersecurity and compliance advisory firm, announces the addition of William “Sport” Smith as Vice President of Service Delivery. In this role, Sport will drive the development, management, and continuous improvement of RISCPoint’s client service operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions across the firm’s full suite of services.
Sport brings robust experience in client-facing leadership and service execution, coupled with an unwavering commitment to customer success and innovative delivery frameworks. Since joining RISCPoint in June 2025, he has already demonstrated a strong passion for nurturing client relationships and embedding service excellence across teams. His focus will be on optimizing operational processes, enhancing delivery consistency, and elevating client satisfaction across public sector and commercial engagements.

He will lead service delivery strategy, process refinement, and performance metrics to support RISCPoint’s mission to deliver tailored cybersecurity and compliance services backed by technical rigor and client-first culture.
