Firm partners with Burlington Capital to support the growth of multi-site garage door franchisee
RF Investment Partners is pleased to announce its partnership with a multi-site franchisee within the Precision Garage Door Service (“PDS”) system, a leading national residential and commercial installer and servicer of garage doors. Since 2014, PDS has provided garage door repair, maintenance, and installation services across the U.S. RF partnered with Burlington Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on building scalable lower-middle-market platforms, to acquire the franchisee.
