Recuro Health today announced the promotion of Michael Brombach to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), recognizing his role in driving the company’s significant growth and operational excellence.

In his expanded role, Brombach will continue to oversee operations while further driving the advancement of Recuro’s technology capabilities to support the company’s rapidly growing clients. Under his leadership, Brombach has built and developed a high-performing team of talented professionals who have been central to Recuro’s success. Brombach and his team have led the scaling of the organization while driving excellence in customer service, care and member satisfaction, helping Recuro achieve an average NPS of 75-80 over the last 12 months as compared to the industry average NPS of 39-58.
