QAD | Redzone Appoints Two GMs to Boost AI-Driven Manufacturing

Redzone, the company redefining manufacturing and supply chains through intelligent, adaptive solutions, announced the appointments of Sania Khan as GM ERP – EMEA & APAC, and Rowan Scranage as GM ERP – Americas.

The appointments strengthen QAD | Redzone’s global leadership as manufacturers increasingly move beyond traditional systems of record toward AI-driven Systems of Action that enable faster decisions, greater resilience, and measurable operational outcomes.

“Sania and Rowan bring exactly the kind of leadership modern manufacturing demands,” said Amit Sharma, President, Manufacturing ERP at QAD | Redzone. “Manufacturers today operate in an environment defined by volatility, supply chain disruption, and accelerating AI adoption. Their experience in driving customer outcomes and scaling high-performance organizations will help our customers move faster toward adaptive, AI-enabled operations.”

Driving the Next Phase of Global Growth

In her role, Sania Khan will lead the ERP business across EMEA and APAC, orchestrating go-to-market strategy, regional P&L, and customer transformation initiatives across a diverse ecosystem of global manufacturers and partners. Her mandate is to accelerate enterprise value creation by enabling organizations to modernize operations with adaptive ERP, embedded AI, and intelligent supply chain capabilities.

“I am energized by our vision to simplify and accelerate transformation for manufacturers,” said Sania Khan, newly appointed GM ERP – EMEA & APAC at QAD | Redzone. “In today’s environment, companies need more than traditional ERP. They need intelligent platforms that provide real-time insight and enable rapid action across operations and supply chains. By combining powerful technology with deep industry expertise, we are helping manufacturers build the agility and resilience needed to compete in an increasingly complex world.”

With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software, Khan is recognized for translating strategy into measurable business outcomes while building high-performing teams. She previously held senior leadership roles at Medidata Solutions (a Dassault Systèmes company) and IBM.

Scaling Growth and Market Leadership in the Americas

Rowan Scranage will assume executive responsibility for revenue growth, market expansion, and operational performance across the Americas. In addition, he will lead global marketing for the ERP business and oversee the evolution of QAD’s end-to-end go-to-market systems architecture, ensuring tighter alignment between strategy, execution, and customer value.

“I am thrilled to join QAD | Redzone at such a pivotal moment,” said Rowan Scranage, newly appointed GM ERP – Americas at QAD | Redzone. “Manufacturers are entering a new era where AI, data, and operational execution must come together seamlessly. My philosophy has always been partnership-first — building trust with customers and delivering tangible outcomes. That mindset is deeply embedded in QAD | Redzone’s culture, and I am excited to help accelerate the next phase of growth.”

Scranage is a seasoned global technology executive with a proven track record of driving growth across enterprise software markets. His experience spans building go-to-market strategies for emerging companies and leading large-scale operations at global technology firms. He previously held leadership roles at IBM, Amdocs, Software AG, StreamSets and Couchbase.

Strengthening Leadership for the AI Era of Manufacturing

The appointments come as manufacturers increasingly adopt AI-driven platforms to address workforce shortages, supply chain volatility, and the need for faster operational decisions. With strengthened regional leadership, QAD | Redzone is further positioning itself to help manufacturers worldwide accelerate their transformation toward AI-enabled, outcome-driven operations.
