Point 41 Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, today announced the closing of Point 41 Capital Partners I, L.P.. The Fund was oversubscribed with aggregate commitments of $400 million, exceeding its target of $300 million. The Fund’s diverse, global base of limited partners includes leading endowments, insurance companies, fund-of-funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
Founded by longtime colleagues, Aaron Wolfe and Jordan Wadsworth, Point 41 focuses on investing in and building leading middle-market specialty industrial and service businesses.
