The Pennant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: PNTG), the parent company of the Pennant group of affiliated home health, hospice, home care and senior living companies, today announced the acquisition of the real estate and operations of Arbor Rose Senior Living, an established senior living community located in Mesa, Arizona, which will now be known as Lavender Lane Senior Living.
The Lavender Lane campus includes independent living, assisted living, and memory care services, with 74 licensed beds comprised of 44 assisted living beds and 30 memory care beds, in addition to 25 independent living units. The acquisition strengthens Pennant’s Arizona senior living portfolio, reinforcing its presence in the East Valley market.
