Praxis Solutions, an AI consulting firm transforming the wealth and asset management industries, announced that Patrick Miller has joined its Advisory Council. A seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in alternative investments and capital markets, Mr. Miller brings a strong track record of building and scaling distribution businesses.
Mr. Miller most recently served as Founder and Managing Director at StratCap, leading the firm for over 15 years, driving growth in alternative investment strategies and capital formation. His leadership shaped the firm’s success in private offerings across real estate and digital infrastructure, culminating in its recent acquisition by HMC Capital in 2024.
Prior to StratCap, Mr. Miller held senior leadership positions at KBS Capital Markets Group, Equitable Distributors and Fidelity Investments, delivering results through a combination of strategic vision, sales leadership, and operational execution.

Mr. Miller will offer guidance to Anchor Advisory Services, a subsidiary of Praxis that provides internal distribution support and business development solutions to sponsors and asset managers. His insights into fund structure, capital formation, and advisor engagement will complement Anchor’s mission of delivering high-impact distribution strategies powered by technology.
As an Advisor, Mr. Miller will provide guidance on market strategy and help enhance Praxis’ offerings for wealth and asset managers, particularly in the areas of due diligence, capital raising and product distribution.
