Passco Companies is pleased to announce the return of Dayna Abdel as Vice President of Corporate Marketing. In this role, Abdel will lead and oversee all corporate marketing initiatives for the firm, driving brand strategy, communications, and market positioning across Passco’s national platform.
Abdel previously served at Passco from 2020 to 2024, where she played a key role in elevating the company’s marketing presence and supporting its continued growth. Her return reflects both her strong track record and deep familiarity with the firm’s culture and strategic vision.

With extensive experience in commercial real estate marketing, Abdel brings a strategic and collaborative approach to building brand value and supporting investment initiatives. She is actively involved in the industry through CREW Network and CREW Orange County, where she previously served four years on the Board of Directors. She also served as a founding member of CREW Network’s Corporate Real Estate Council and currently serves on its Marketing and Communications Committee.
In recognition of her leadership and contributions to the industry, Abdel was honored with Connect Media’s Next Generation Award in 2023. She is also deeply committed to mentorship and community involvement, supporting organizations such as Girls Inc., Foster Love and Innovation Housing Opportunities.

Abdel is based in Irvine, California, at Passco’s headquarters.
