Partners Capital Investment Group (“Partners Capital”), a global Investment Office, today announced the appointment of Andy Canovali as Managing Director, Head of Secondaries and Sarah Condon as a Senior Associate supporting the Secondaries investment efforts on a dedicated basis.

Andy Canovali joins from Performance Equity Management, a Sagard partner, where he built and led the firm’s secondaries investment team. Previously, Andy spent six years in Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Private Equity Group and began his career in Credit Suisse’s M&A Advisory Group. He holds a BS from the University of Pittsburgh.
Sarah Condon was most recently a Senior Investment Associate on the secondaries team at Performance Equity Management, a Sagard Partner. Previously, she spent three years in Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Private Equity Group. She holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University.
