With an exceptional track record in scaling national brokerage teams and executing institutional acquisition strategies, Joe brings deep expertise to Offerd’s executive team. His previous leadership roles span industry-leading firms including Divvy Homes, Truehold, Amherst Residential, Keller Williams, and Realogy/NRT. His experience includes overseeing more than $3 billion in real estate transactions, building agent forces in the thousands, and delivering double-digit margin growth.

- At Divvy Homes, doubling agent headcount and implementing a modern LMS-based onboarding system.
- At Realogy/NRT, leading a 1,600-agent sales force across 32 markets, generating over $70M in annual revenue with 30%+ margins.
Joe will be instrumental in advancing Offerd’s core mission: to empower commercial real estate brokers with superior economics, best-in-class technology, and real ownership opportunities. As COO, he will lead company-wide operations with a focus on scaling elite talent, streamlining agent enablement, and preparing the organization for long-term capital markets readiness—including future IPO positioning.
