NCTC Partners with eero to Boost Connectivity for Providers

The National Content & Technology Cooperative (NCTC), a trusted organization representing independent broadband and cable providers across the United States, has announced that eero, an Amazon company and a leader in mesh Wi-Fi technology, is a new premier partner. This collaboration will provide NCTC members access to eero’s cutting-edge whole-home managed Wi-Fi solutions, enhancing connectivity and improving the customer experience for internet service providers and consumers nationwide.

NCTC members can integrate eero’s advanced mesh Wi-Fi systems into their service offerings, enabling faster, more reliable internet coverage for residential, multi-dwelling community, and business customers. eero’s patented TrueMesh technology optimizes network performance, helping to eliminate dead zones, limit interference, and ensure a seamless Wi-Fi experience.

“This new collaboration is being established at an ideal time, as eero has just announced its innovative new Wi-Fi 7 products,” said Lou Borrelli, CEO of NCTC. “With the demand for fast and reliable connectivity at an all-time high, consumers need reliable home networks.  eero’s products will exceed customer expectations, and our members can purchase them through us at great value.”

eero’s Wi-Fi systems are available to members today through NCTC’s online store, Marketplace, at member-preferred pricing. eero’s newest Wi-Fi 7 products, eero Pro 7 and eero 7, were recently announced and will be available for purchase in late February. eero Pro 7 is a premium, tri-band router that brings next-generation speed and reliability to home and small to medium-sized business networks with high-bandwidth needs. It can deliver wireless speeds up to 3.9 Gbps and wired speeds up to 4.7 Gbps. eero 7 is a multi-gigabit router for customers who rely on their Wi-Fi for everyday internet activities and are looking to upgrade to the latest Wi-Fi 7 standard at a lower price. It supports Internet plans up to 2.5 Gbps, with wireless speeds up to 1.8 Gbps and wired speeds up to 2.3 Gbps.

“We’re thrilled to work with NCTC and its members to expand access to high-performance Wi-Fi across the country,” said eero Co-founder & CEO Nick Weaver. “eero’s mission has always been to make Wi-Fi simple, reliable, and secure. By teaming up with NCTC, we can help independent broadband providers deliver top-tier connectivity experiences to their customers.”

NCTC members can learn more about eero and its products at NCTC’s Winter Educational Conference being held February 23-25 in Atlanta. Mark Sieglock, eero’s EVP Software and Services, will also be participating in a panel on optimizing network efficiency through Wi-Fi offloading.
