Wisconsin College Invests in Unified Digital Platform for Students and Faculty
Pathify, the leading digital engagement hub for higher education, today announced that Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) selected Pathify’s AI-powered Chatbot and Engagement Hub to simplify how students, faculty and staff interact with key campus systems and services. The new partnership reflects the college‘s broader efforts to improve usability, streamline communications and consolidate access to digital tools across the institution.
“Our students — many of whom are navigating college for the first time — need simplicity and reliable access to the tools that support their success,” said David Rowe, Chief Information Officer at MATC. “Pathify offered the functionality and flexibility to meet those needs, while aligning with our long-term strategies.”
MATC’s decision follows a period of evaluating its student-facing applications and chatbot capabilities. The college sought a platform to better integrate with systems such as Ellucian Colleague and Blackboard, while offering a consistent, user-friendly experience across web and mobile devices that would drive student engagement and success.
Added Tony Tagliavia, Chief Marketing Officer at MATC, “We needed a more efficient and effective way to communicate with our entire campus community. Pathify helps reduce confusion by creating a central location to share college-wide information and resources.”
“Milwaukee Area Technical College joins a growing number of institutions choosing to modernize their digital experiences,” said Chase Williams, CEO and Co-Founder of Pathify. “We’re excited to partner with MATC to build upon their existing foundation and deliver an elevated campus experience for their entire community.”
