Land id, Big Sky County MLS strike partnership

The MLS of the Gallatin Association of Realtors® will provide its 11-county membership with access to industry leader map-based real estate research and marketing app Land id™.

Land discovery and real estate marketing software company Land id™ has partnered with Big Sky Country MLS of the Gallatin Association of Realtors to assist members in their efforts to help consumers buy and sell property throughout its 11-county market. Big Sky Country MLS will make available to members Land id’s robust mobile-forward toolset for researching, analyzing and customizing data-rich map and parcel presentations throughout greater southwest Montana.

Land id is a front runner in leveraging the power of a sophisticated land data platform as a foundation for providing informed, accurate real estate advice. The software’s features include a nationwide, map-based real estate search that can be infinitely customized with data visualizations, graphics and public information. Users can build, share and embed maps, intricately research parcel characteristics and ownership history, uncover environmental hazards and investment risks, verify boundaries, track mortgage and tax information and assess improvement valuations, among a range of other critical data-driven real estate due diligence tasks.

Big Sky Country MLS believes that for its members to remain competitive in the rapidly growing relocation market that Montana has become, they will need access to tools and data that are smarter and more proven than what competitors provide.

“The Land id platform provides our subscribers with unparalleled access to accurate and up-to-date property data. Their powerful tools significantly increase our members’ efficiency and productivity,” said Mike Lake, Big Sky Country MLS CEO. “We particularly appreciated their clear communication and collaborative spirit. Their cutting-edge technology and customer-centric approach make them a standout in the industry, and we highly recommend Land id to any organization seeking a reliable and forward-thinking partner.”

Most recently, Land id partnered with Hall and Hall of Missoula in the marketing of 348-acre Cromwell Island, the nation’s largest freshwater island under single ownership in the western United States.

Vlad Shaposhnikov, Land id’s Director of Sales, said that the company is very much looking forward to how Big Sky Country MLS members use the application.

“We’re certain they’re going to quickly reap the benefits of Land id’s flexibility and depth of information on Montana’s landscape,” Vlad said. “We’re most excited, however, about what we can learn from their interaction with our software. Feedback from this focused group of professionals will go directly into our product so that downstream, these improvements and ideas will benefit all of our users. We appreciate the insight and vision Mike Lake and his team are bringing for their members.”

Land id is providing the MLS its Land id level account. Members interested in upgrading can reach out directly to the company.
