2024 Sustainability Report

Highlights include:
- Reduced Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas and methane emissions intensities by 14% and 50%, respectively, from the 2021 baseline
- Continued to outperform 2030 methane intensity reduction target of 30% – achieving our targeted reduction six years ahead of schedule
- Entered into a long-term agreement with Infinium to supply CO2 as feedstock for ultra-low carbon electrofuels at Infinium’s Project Roadrunner facility which is currently under construction
- Received approval from the Environmental Protection Agency for a Monitoring, Reporting and Verification Plan for three Class II Acid Gas Injection wells
- Achieved a 90% reduction in Lost Time Incident Rate and an 81% reduction in Total Recordable Incident Rate since 2022
- Received three GPA Midstream Safety Awards, including recognition for one million workhours without a lost time incident
- Contributed over $1.9 million to nonprofit organizations and charitable causes, including the Permian Strategic Partnership and BEAR – Be a Resource for CPS Kids in Houston, Texas
- Continued strong oversight of sustainability risks and opportunities through our Governance and Sustainability Committee
The Report was prepared in reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the Energy Infrastructure Council (EIC) / GPA Midstream Association Reporting Framework.
