Developer received top recognition in seven categories including Master-Planned Community of the Year for Pecan Square in Northlake, Tex.
Presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Hillwood Communities was recognized with seven prestigious Gold Awards at The Nationals. The Nationals was held on February 25th at the Caesar’s Palace Ballroom in Las Vegas and is the leading awards program in the homebuilding industry, honoring the top achievements in residential real estate and design.
Pecan Square in Northlake, Tex. won the Gold Award at The Nationals for “Master-Planned Community of the Year”. This honor underscores the exceptional planning, innovation, and vision that has gone into creating one of the most dynamic and thriving communities in the country. At complete buildout, the 1,200-acre community will include approximately 3,100 homes.
The six additional Gold Awards that Hillwood Communities was honored with include:
- Best Realtor/Broker Program for Dallas-Fort Worth
- Best Community Amenity for River Camp at Wolf Ranch in Georgetown, Tex.
- Best Lifestyle Program for Pecan Square
- Best Signage for Pecan Square
- Best Website for Wolf Ranch
- Best Overall Advertising for Pecan Square
