Hazel Health Aappoints New COO and Two New BODs

Hazel Health, the nation’s largest school-centered telehealth provider, today welcomed Marianna Spanos as Chief Operating Officer and announced the appointment of three prominent industry leaders to its Board of Directors over the last year: Jeremy Delinsky, former COO of Devoted Health; Iyah Romm, founding CEO of Cityblock Health; and Jessie Woolley-Wilson, a renowned education technology leader and entrepreneur.

Marianna Spanos is a seasoned healthcare executive with a track record of developing and scaling healthcare technology and services companies, including most recently Oscar Health. She brings deep experience in building highly effective, tech-enabled operations that deliver strong results for patients and clients. In her role, Marianna will oversee the implementation and delivery of Hazel’s services for key stakeholders, ensuring that Hazel continues to build deep partnerships, support our families and students, and deliver high-quality, clinically validated care.

Jeremy Delinsky, founding COO, Devoted Health
Jeremy Delinsky is the founding Chief Operating Officer and current Board Member of Devoted Health and also currently serves as an Executive Advisor at New Mountain Capital. Earlier in his career, Jeremy also served as CPO and CTO of athenahealth as well as Chief Technology Officer of Wayfair. He brings extensive operational expertise in scaling innovative companies and serves on the boards of numerous leading healthcare companies.

Iyah Romm, founding CEO, Cityblock Health (Lead Independent Board Member)

Iyah Romm, founding CEO of Cityblock Health, brings deep expertise in reimagining healthcare delivery for underserved communities. Under his leadership, Cityblock Health has pioneered an innovative care model that integrates primary care, behavioral health, and social services for Medicaid and lower-income Medicare beneficiaries, and built a world-class board of industry leaders. Iyah serves on the boards of and advises numerous leading health tech companies.

Jessie Woolley-Wilson, Operating Partner at Owl Ventures (Board Observer)

Jessie Woolley-Wilson, Operating Partner at Owl Ventures, joins the board as a celebrated education technology leader and entrepreneur. A two-time recipient of EdTech Digest’s “EdTech Leadership Award” and named to Forbes’ “Impact 15” list, Woolley-Wilson brings extensive experience in transformative education innovation. Her expertise includes board service with Rosetta Stone and Western Governors University, and she has been recognized as one of the “Top 100 Influencers in EdTech.”
