Guidehouse, a global AI-led professional services firm, has added two partners to its Life Sciences practice: Mark Rodgers as Life Sciences Technology Solutions Leader and Indraneel Mukherjee as Life Sciences Commercial Strategy Leader.

These strategic hires strengthen Guidehouse’s position as a trusted partner to global biopharmaceutical companies navigating an evolving regulatory, reimbursement, and economic landscape. With these additions, the firm continues expanding its Life Sciences practice, growing the team by more than 30% in 2025.

“Our life sciences clients face increased complexity, competition, and demand for accelerated impact in the age of AI,” said Douglas Martin, MD, Partner and Life Sciences Practice Leader at Guidehouse. “Mark and Indraneel bring the deep experience, innovative thinking, and proven leadership required to help our clients make bold strategic choices and deliver improved operational performance.”

Mark Rodgers, Partner

Rodgers is focused on advancing the firm’s Life Sciences technology capabilities, including the development of new AI tools and products. Mukherjee aims to grow Guidehouse’s Life Sciences commercial strategy services. A seasoned advisor to large and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies, he has extensive expertise in helping organizations define and execute go-to-market strategies, launch new products, and transform commercial operating models.

Mukherjee has more than 15 years of experience helping clients build portfolios, strengthen capabilities, and develop innovative, new competencies. Before Guidehouse, he led brand and commercial strategy at a leading analytics and clinical research services firm.
