Badri, a veteran technology executive, brings over 25 years of experience leading enterprise technology teams and driving digital transformation across industries. As CTO, Badri will lead all technology functions, including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and Systems Architecture. He will focus on optimizing First Legal’s platforms, streamlining operations, and advancing the company’s roadmap for AI, automation, client experience, and scale.
Stephens, with over 20 years of experience in legal technology, will lead the newly created Business Innovation Team. He will be responsible for improving internal workflows, aligning cross-functional operations, and delivering data-driven solutions that support both internal teams and client-facing technology.
