ExchangeRight Appoints James Sabbatini as SVP for Pacific Northwest

ExchangeRight, one of the nation’s leading providers of diversified real estate REIT and DST investments, has announced the appointment of James Sabbatini as senior vice president of the Pacific Northwest. In his role, Sabbatini will be managing and deepening strategic relationships across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska.

Sabbatini brings over 20 years of expertise in strategic roles within the investment management industry, where he has helped financial professionals deliver meaningful outcomes for their clients. He has built a reputation for cultivating trusted relationships with wealth advisors, aligning investment strategies to meet their clients’ long-term financial goals. Sabbatini holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and maintains Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
