Image Guidelines

Our editorial team will select the most appropriate images to accompany your article. Make sure that your content has relevant, high-quality visual elements where needed.

Tips for Crafting Distinct Content

To make your article stand out, consider the following:

  • Unique Perspectives: Check our site to see what topics we’ve already covered. Your article should offer new angles or deeper insights on familiar topics.
  • Draw from Experience: Share your personal experiences and challenges in the industry. These insights resonate deeply with readers.

Stay Current: Look for ways to link your article to current events or industry changes. Show how these shifts could impact practices, and suggest ways businesses can adapt.

Actionable Advice

We prioritize articles that offer practical, actionable advice. Content that provides clear, step-by-step guidance or tips readers can immediately implement stands the best chance of being selected. We appreciate fresh solutions to common business problems that haven’t been covered before.

Submission Requirements

Before submitting, make sure your article meets the following criteria:

  • Original: Your work must be original and unpublished elsewhere.
  • Actionable: The article should offer actionable insights and advice.
  • Non-promotional: Avoid self-promotion. Content should educate rather than advertise.
  • Author Information: Include the author’s name, email address, and a brief bio.

Proper Formatting: Follow standard AP style, and ensure proper structure and clarity.

Response Time and Communication

We receive many submissions, so please allow up to 30 days for a response. If you haven’t heard from us after that time, we likely won’t be moving forward with your article. If your submission is a good fit, we’ll get in touch within four weeks—though you may hear from us sooner. Once your article is published, you will receive a notification.

Writing Tips

  • Be Specific: Focus on a single challenge or issue in your field. Don’t try to cover too much in a single article.
  • Engage Readers: Write in a conversational tone—no need for overly formal language.
  • Avoid Self-Promotion: Articles should be educational, not promotional.
  • Provide Real Solutions: Help readers solve specific problems with clear, practical advice.

Do’s and Don’ts

  • No excessive self-promotion. Links and mentions of your company, book, or product should be minimal and serve to illustrate your expertise, not advertise.
  • Only original Do not submit recycled or plagiarized work.
  • Articles should focus on specific, not broad, topics. We appreciate in-depth coverage of niche subjects.

AI-Generated Content

While we welcome innovative approaches to writing, we do not accept content that is primarily AI-generated. If you choose to use AI tools in your writing, no more than 10% of your article should be AI-assisted. Please disclose how AI was used when submitting your work.
