Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT), a leading global provider of critical technologies and solutions to connect, manage and scale the mobility ecosystem, today announced the appointment of Denice Biocca as Chief People Officer to lead the company’s global human resources operations.
“Denice brings extensive leadership experience across large, complex industrial businesses. We are thrilled to have her join Team Vontier,” said Mark Morelli, CEO of Vontier. “Her proven ability to lead organizations through transformative change will be invaluable as Vontier accelerates its strategic growth priorities and powers the connected mobility economy.”
Biocca joins Vontier with over three decades at GE and its spin off GE Vernova where she collaborated with a team of peers to develop the HR operating model required to transition GE Vernova to a standalone, public company. There she served as VP and Chief Human Resources Officer for its power segment leading over 300 HR professionals and supporting approximately 40,000 employees worldwide.
“I am honored to join Vontier at such a pivotal time for the industry, as modernization accelerates and the company embarks on a period of rapid growth,” said Biocca. “I look forward to partnering with our leaders and employees to strengthen organizational health, accelerate talent development and shape a culture that delivers results at scale while supporting an inclusive, supportive workplace for all.”
Throughout her career, Biocca partnered with leadership teams across union and non-union environments to support organizations through acquisitions and divestitures, enterprise-wide integrations and dramatic market changes. Biocca is widely recognized for her strong business acumen, executive partnerships and ability to ground talent strategy in frontline realities.
She holds a B.S. from Iowa State University and a M.A. from Iowa University in Human Resources Management and is passionate about providing mentorship and advancement opportunities for all in the industry.
