A long-standing part of the local landscape, the facility has been serving the King George and Stafford communities for more than 30 years, and more recently, the growing residential community of Hopyard Farms.
The expansive facility spans over many acres and includes more than nine buildings, offering a wide range of unit types and ample capacity for residential and business storage needs. Delta Citation is pleased to offer dedicated Industrial Outdoor Storage, further expanding the facility’s service offerings and meeting the needs of commercial and contractor clientele in the region.

This next phase will focus on enhanced security systems, improved signage, and additional facility upgrades to further modernize the complex and elevate the customer experience.
As part of its vision to deliver cutting-edge service and accessibility, Delta Citation will soon unveil a new website, mobile app, and integrated technology platform. These digital tools will allow customers to view available units, complete rental agreements online, and access support services both onsite and over the phone—bringing a new level of convenience to self-storage in the region.
