California Regional MLS (CRMLS), the most recognized multiple listing service in the nation, and Rayse, a platform that helps agents give clients transparency into the transaction while showcasing their value, have entered into an agreement to offer Rayse to all CRMLS agent users at no cost, directly through the MLS dashboard.
Following the initial broker-level launch, Rayse experienced high demand from agents seeking to enhance client engagement. With their expanded product offerings, Rayse has successfully transitioned from a buyers-only tool to one that supports agents working with sellers.
This aligns with CRMLS’s own Value of Representation initiative, which is focused on how agents can communicate the value they bring to the real estate transaction. Rayse is the only tool of its kind that tracks agent productivity from the initial meeting all the way to closing. It offers timelines, milestones, and a detailed breakdown of all the behind-the-scenes hours agents invest throughout the real estate journey. It’s a powerful blend of value articulation and transaction transparency that gives agents a clear way to show the work they put in, including unique value adds that agents bring to their clients. Duties such as paying attention to inspections and negotiating closing credits, executing the back-and-forth that goes into the final price, and handling the amount of paperwork involved are all tracked and displayed by Rayse.
Rayse’s own research has shown that transparency and demonstrable timelines enhance agent value:
- 46% of clients believe their agent spends fewer than 15 hours on a purchase, when the actual average is 87 hours.
- 96% of clients want a tool that gives them real-time updates on their agent’s efforts.
- 64% say they’d be willing to pay their agent more if that transparency was delivered, while another 25% said they might pay more.
“We’ve been working with Rayse for a while now and I’ve rarely seen a product resonate with people so quickly,” said CRMLS CEO Art Carter. “The need for agents to convey their value is obvious to everyone, and Rayse is one of the most in-depth solutions to showcase an agent’s hard work. CRMLS is committed not just to supporting our users but to fostering greater transparency in real estate. With Rayse, we can do both at the same time.”
“We’re incredibly proud to partner with California Regional MLS—an organization that consistently leads the way in bringing real innovation to its members,” said James Dwiggins, Rayse co-CEO. “Rayse was built to help agents prove their value in a market where transparency and trust matter more than ever. For CRMLS agents, Rayse isn’t just a tool—it’s a competitive advantage that shows clients exactly what their agent is doing behind the scenes. We’re excited to bring this level of visibility and professionalism to one of the most influential MLSs in the country.”
Rayse is available to CRMLS users through their REcore dashboards.
