This promotion reflects the Firm’s ongoing commitment to the growth and development of its employees as it continues to partner with exceptional healthcare companies and management teams across the country.
Since joining Cressey in 2021, Mr. Vollman has played a pivotal role in sourcing and executing new investment partnerships, as well as supporting the strategic growth of the Firm’s portfolio companies. As Principal, Mr. Vollman will continue to identify new partnership opportunities and work closely with our partnerships to drive value creation initiatives.

Before joining Cressey, Mr. Vollman was part of the investment team at Water Street Healthcare Partners. He previously held positions within the healthcare investment banking group at Goldman Sachs and the corporate M&A department at UnitedHealth Group. Mr. Vollman holds a BA from Carleton College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
