ndustry veteran to lead global growth strategy across integrated advisory, digital, and capital program delivery services
Consertus, Inc., a portfolio company of RTC Partners, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Richmond as Chief Growth Officer. In this newly created role, she will lead the company’s global growth strategy, scaling its integrated advisory, digital, and capital program delivery platform across key infrastructure markets.
Richmond is a seasoned executive with nearly 30 years of leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at John Wood Group, a global engineering and consulting company, where she led enterprise growth strategy, organizational transformation, and margin expansion initiatives.
Prior to Wood, she spent 17 years at Jacobs, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of a $1.5 billion national security business with more than 5,000 employees. In her final role, she led sales for the Federal & Environmental Solutions division, delivering $1.7 billion in revenue while sustaining double-digit organic growth.
“Jennifer brings a rare combination of strategic vision and operational execution at scale,” said Roy Block, CEO of Consertus. “As we expand our platform across global infrastructure markets, her experience leading growth, M&A integration, and large-scale transformation will be critical to accelerating our next phase.”
“Consertus is uniquely positioned to redefine how infrastructure programs are delivered through integrated advisory and digital capabilities,” said Richmond. “I’m excited to help scale the platform, deepen client partnerships, and drive sustainable growth across global markets.”
Richmond holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
“Jennifer’s appointment reflects our continued investment in building a differentiated, global platform at Consertus,” said Tony Brindisi, Managing Partner at RTC Partners. “Her track record scaling complex professional services organizations aligns directly with our vision for long-term value creation.”
Richmond’s appointment underscores Consertus’ continued investment in building a scaled, multidisciplinary platform serving critical infrastructure sectors, including transportation, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, and government.
