Circet USA, a leader in network infrastructure services, today announced the acquisition of SourceOne, a Utility Consultant, specializing in Outside Plant engineering and design, serving the telecommunications, utility, and governmental sectors. This strategic move enhances Circet USA’s ability to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions across the U.S.
SourceOne will continue to operate under its established name as SourceOne, a Circet USA company. Its leadership, operations, and commitment to customer service will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity for clients and employees.

The acquisition brings together SourceOne’s engineering strengths with Circet USA’s national reach and infrastructure capabilities. The combined organization is positioned to meet growing demand for broadband expansion and utility modernization with integrated, cost-effective solutions.
