The Cherry Creek School District (CCSD) is seeking proposals from a qualified, community-focused partner for an exclusive naming rights sponsorship for the Pathway Pavilion, a high-profile facility within the Cherry Creek Innovation Campus (CCIC). The partnership will support innovative programming and workforce development initiatives while providing significant brand recognition opportunities to the awarded sponsor as a high-profile partner of the District.
Cherry Creek Innovation Campus (CCIC) is an advanced Career & Technical Education facility located on a 40‑acre site in Centennial, Colorado, offering grades 10–12 industry experience across the Cherry Creek School District. CCIC bridges the gap between high school and high-demand careers by providing high tech, hands-on learning in industry-grade labs, and through direct industry partnerships.
Students earn college and industry credentials, dual enrollment credit, and real-world experience. Currently, CCIC offers seven foundational pathways: advanced manufacturing, business services, health and wellness, hospitality, Infrastructure & engineering, IT & STEAM, automotive technology, and aviation manufacturing. With the passage of the 2024 bond, the facility has begun construction to expand the facility and nine new career pathways. Those pathways include aerospace technician, welding, HVAC, veterinary technician, baking & pastry, film, motion design and advanced electronics/mechatronics.
The Pathway Pavilion, located on the Cherry Creek Innovation Campus (CCIC) campus, is a multipurpose venue designed to host a range of educational and community-focused events. Such events include industry meetings, chamber of commerce gatherings, and district meetings and events. The venue will include a large ballroom divisible into quarters, with seating capacity for up to 500 guests at round tables and a built-in stage plus two large conference rooms accommodating 40 participants each in multiple configurations, 3,200 sq. ft. of pre-function space adjacent to a student-run coffee shop and bakery, and a catering kitchen and loading dock for event support. The anticipated grand opening of the Pathway Pavilion is expected in Fall 2026.
As part of the partnership, potential sponsors are strongly encouraged to create opportunities for real-life learning experiences for students, including internships and apprenticeships, student scholarships, guest instruction and mentorship, co-branded student projects, equipment and materials donations, field trips and site visits, and/or community service and volunteer engagement.
The sponsor will have their name prominently displayed at the venue and on the entrance signage, be acknowledged at official CCIC events hosted in the Pathway Pavilion, and promotion on written and electronic marketing and promotional materials from the Cherry Creek School District. Sponsors representing or affiliated with alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, adult-oriented products, political endorsements, or other content not aligned with the educational values of CCSD will not be considered.
Suppliers must ensure that proposals are submitted to Rocky Mountain BidNet Direct by Thursday, September 11, 2025. The full RFP can be found here: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/cherry-creek-school-district-5.
