Chartis Named in Two Vault Lists

The firm’s commitment to diversity and innovation cited as top reasons people enjoy working at Chartis.

Chartis, a leading healthcare advisory firm, again has been named to Vault’s annual “Best Consulting Firms to Work For in North America” list. Chartis ranked No. 21 among the Top 50 Consulting Firms and No. 17 among the Best Boutique Consulting Firms.

“I’m proud that our culture, which actively promotes diversity, health and wellness, innovation, and career development, was noted as a key differentiator by our people,” said Joel Richard, Chartis Partner and Vice President of Talent Acquisition. “This recognition highlights our commitment to transforming healthcare and making a positive impact for our clients, communities, and each other.”

The annual award recognizes consulting firms that deliver a well-rounded work experience. To compile the list, Vault conducted an anonymous employee satisfaction survey across several categories, including compensation, culture, diversity, hours, training, work/life balance, and wellness. Vault rankings recognize Chartis’ commitment to its purpose-driven mission, its people-focused culture, and positive growth trajectory as keys to the firm’s success in this year’s survey.

Earlier this month, Chartis also was named Best Overall Healthcare Management Consulting Firm for the fifth straight year and was the first firm to be named Best Management Consulting Firm and Best Overall IT Services Firm by industry analyst KLAS. In addition, Chartis won three Best in KLAS awards.
