Centuri Holdings, Inc., a leading North American utility and energy infrastructure services company, today announced the release of its 2025 Sustainability Report, Building Trust, Powering the Future. The report details the company’s efforts in building today’s enabling energy infrastructure and shares its progress across key non-financial performance indicators.

This year’s report outlines how Centuri is working to earn trust, build credibility, and ensure lasting impact by effectively communicating the company’s sustainability strategies amidst today’s complex energy challenges. The report details Centuri’s technical sustainability frameworks, along with quantifiable year-over-year metrics, including performance against 15 Key Performance Indicators and six United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), as well as policies and standards that guide its actions. The 2025 report also highlights the company’s efforts to optimize internal operations and perform work that enhances environmental sustainability.

“Our sustainability efforts are designed to support value creation for our customers, employees, communities, and a broad base of stakeholders,” said Centuri President and CEO Christian Brown. “We align our sustainability expectations and actions with our business drivers, and report transparently on our progress. The work we do is rooted in our direct impact on building safe, resilient infrastructure, enabling innovation, and promoting economic empowerment through job creation, workforce training, and community-building.”

Centuri’s sustainability approach aims to align expectations with actions, guided by four core Program Pillars: World-Class Safety, Clean Energy, Empowered Communities, and Inclusion For All.

Highlights include:

Safety: Outperforming industry averages in Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) metrics—including Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) and Days Away, Restricted, or Transferred (DART)—through rigorous training and behavior-based programs.

Clean Energy: Reducing Scope 1 emissions by 14 percent from the 2019 baseline and delivering multiple renewable energy projects across North America.

Empowered Communities: Supporting communities through more than one million dollars in philanthropic giving.

Inclusion For All: Creating meaningful employment opportunities, including a signature lineman apprenticeship program, as well as mentorship and development opportunities.
