Carnegie Learning Appoints Jim Machajewski as SVP of UX & Design

Seasoned executive will drive innovation and elevate customer experience across Carnegie Learning’s award-winning portfolio of K-12 curriculum solutions

Carnegie Learning, a leader in AI-driven education solutions for the K-12 market, today announced that Jim Machajewski has recently joined the company as Senior Vice President of UX & Design. Machajewski, based in Austin, Texas, brings over two decades of leadership experience in user experience and design at some of the world’s most customer-focused companies.

Most recently, Machajewski served as Head of UX Design for Walmart Business, where he introduced new design methodologies and AI-driven processes to elevate customer experiences. Prior to Walmart, he led Amazon’s Austin UX Design Studio, building and mentoring a large global team while shaping the design principles behind Amazon Business. He has also served as an Instructor at the University of Texas at Austin (McCombs School of Business), guiding the next generation of designers.
