Caregility Expands Global Reach

Partnerships and customers outside the US grow to encompass Japan, Saudia Arabia, Jordan, Canada, and Australia

Caregility Corporation, a global enterprise telehealth leader dedicated to connecting care for patients and clinicians everywhere through innovative virtual care and AI-powered solutions, today announced the addition of two new international partners in Japan. Tokyo-based Media Plus, Inc. and Yahman join the company’s growing list of global partners, which already included Tamar and Granteq in the Middle East and Modern3 in Australia. This partnership expansion is a testament to the universal need for virtual care and the desire to modernize care delivery to address the pressing issues health systems are facing around the world.

Caregility has customers in Saudia Arabia, Jordan, and Canada, and expects to onboard new customers in Japan and Australia in 2025. The Caregility Cloud™ virtual care platform and purpose-built telehealth devices have proven to be effective at enabling any health system to realize the benefits of remote care, no matter what country they are in or what economic model they are under. From private healthcare organizations to government subsidized providers, health systems are universally looking at virtual care solutions to address nursing and doctor shortages.

“Our expansion with these international partners helps Caregility fulfill its mission to provide a seamless flow of communication across all aspects of the care continuum by providing the most reliable, scalable, and flexible healthy communications platform globally,” said Mike Brandofino, President and COO of Caregility.

“Caregility’s advanced platform is an innovative solution to solve the problems and challenges caused by under-resourced healthcare practices,” said Naoko Sugano, President of Media Plus, Inc. “We will leverage our experience with video collaboration and technology to introduce a new way of providing care through virtual nursing for hospitals in Japan.”

Caregility’s ability to quickly deploy its cloud-based platform anywhere along with its purpose-built edge devices makes it easy to get started in new areas of the world. In addition, many of Caregility’s native AI capabilities are processed directly on intelligent edge devices rather than in the cloud, enhancing security and scalability.
