Leading accounting and advisory firm, Brown Plus, is thrilled to announce that it has welcomed Seth Nolt as its first Information Technology (IT) Director. In this role, Seth will provide comprehensive direction and support of all technologies utilized within the Firm, ensuring that all IT activities are properly coordinated, scheduled, monitored and resolved, while managing strategic IT priorities.

Seth has more than 27 years of experience in the technology field. He specializes in software and technology change management; data analytics; data center infrastructure and disaster recovery management; data governance; enterprise architecture; performance monitoring; project leadership of enterprise systems and IT vendor management. Seth remains informed on IT updates and best practices as an active member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Prior to joining Brown Plus, Seth served as the Director of IT for a private Bible college, seminary and graduate school. He also served in various IT specialist and engineer roles for a home building products company.
In addition to his role as IT Director at Brown Plus, Seth serves as an elected member of the Eastern York School District Board of Directors. He also serves as Fundraising Chair for the Eastern York Workcamp Initiative, which provides basic home repairs for elderly, low-income and disabled community residents in East York, Pennsylvania.
Seth earned his Associate of Science (AS) Degree in Computer Systems from York Technical Institute.
