Today, the company is 100% employee-owned and works across Washington, California, and Colorado, focusing on projects in healthcare, education, life sciences, tech, and entertainment, among others.

- Sustainability leadership: BNBuilders was the first general contractor to sign The Climate Pledge, committing to cut carbon emissions in half by 2030 and reach net-zero operations by 2040. The company also signed the Contractor’s Commitment and is Salmon-Safe accredited, ensuring its projects protect water quality and wildlife habitats.
- Excellence in safety: Safety has been a constant priority, earning twenty-four safety awards, including 1st place in the 2024 AGC National Construction Safety Excellence Award in the 1 million to 2.5 million work hours category – the fourth time placing first in its category nationally. Programs like Total Worker Health, On the Spot Recognition, and annual Safety Summits help keep teams safe every day.
- Geographic expansion: From its Seattle headquarters, BNBuilders has opened offices in San Diego, San Francisco, Denver, Irvine, and Los Angeles, growing its ability to serve clients throughout the West Coast and beyond.
- Employee ownership: BNBuilders became fully employee-owned in 2021, strengthening the sense of shared responsibility and pride across the company.
- New headquarters: This year, BNBuilders moved into a revitalized historic building on Seattle’s waterfront, a space designed to inspire collaboration and innovation.
