Arun has the leadership, vision and proven track record to take Biomerics to the next level. With the full support of the board, I am confident that under his leadership, we will continue to deliver transformative solutions for patients while expanding our global footprint. I look forward to working alongside him as Chairman.”
“I am humbled and honored to lead Biomerics into its next chapter,” said Mohan. “Our mission is clear: to improve and save lives. To achieve this, we will place our customers at the center, invest in our people and advance manufacturing excellence as the foundation of everything we do. Together, we will innovate boldly, grow responsibly, and build a company that not only leads in medtech manufacturing, but also inspires pride in every employee and confidence in every customer.”
As CEO, Mohan will serve on the Biomerics board of directors and be responsible for the company’s global business operations, financial performance and strategic growth initiatives. He previously served as President of Biomerics’ Micro Metals Division, where he built a high-performing team that delivered exceptional results in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and scalable growth. His leadership philosophy centers on customer centricity, employee empowerment and innovation-driven execution.
Sessions, who founded Biomerics in 1994, will remain deeply engaged as Chairman, advising Mohan on strategic initiatives, including future mergers and acquisitions. Under Sessions’s leadership, Biomerics has grown from a single-site startup to a trusted partner with over 3,000 employees across 12 locations in the United States, the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica, serving the world’s leading interventional device companies at scale.
