Berlin Heals adds MedTech Veteran Dr. Eric Fain to Board of Directors
Dr. Fain brings over 35 years of strategic and start-up expertise

Berlin Heals Holding AG, a leading clinical-stage medical device company focused on revolutionizing the treatment of chronic heart failure, today announced the addition of Dr. Eric S. Fain to its Board of Directors. Building on the success of past years of development and using a unique device-based therapy with the potential to significantly reverse declining cardiac function, Berlin Heals is now implementing a less invasive design that will greatly expand the targeted patient population. Dr. Fain’s extensive experience in both the heart failure and electrophysiology space is a perfect match for this new phase of the company.

Dr. Fain is a physician and medtech executive with over 35 years of experience in the global cardiovascular industry. He previously was Group President at St. Jude Medical and Abbott, where he led global operations in research, development, and commercialization of implantable cardiac devices. He currently serves as President and CEO of Procyrion, Inc., and sits on the boards of several other medical device companies.
