Ltd., a leading Singapore-based healthcare provider specializing in diagnostic imaging and outpatient care. The agreement marks a significant step in Basel Medical Group’s strategic expansion in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asian healthcare market. The completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to take place on or around April 30, 2025 or such other date agreed by the parties.
