Baker Tilly Names New Senior Leadership Team to Drive Growth

Leading advisory, tax and assurance firm Baker Tilly today announced a new Senior Leadership Team structure, effective Jan. 1, 2026. The appointments represent the next phase in the firm’s integration following its combination with Moss Adams earlier this year and are designed to strengthen firmwide alignment, drive growth and enhance the unified, differentiated experience clients expect from Baker Tilly.

“Over the past several months, we have taken a disciplined review of how we operate across teams, markets and functions through our successful integration efforts,” said Eric Miles, Baker Tilly CEO-elect, who will become CEO effective Jan. 1, 2026. “These leadership moves position us to deliver for our clients with even greater focus, innovation and speed. This pivotal moment positions us to lead the next chapter of Baker Tilly.”

Key leadership changes

Fred Massanova has been named North American Managing Principal and Chief Operating Officer. In this new role, he will align Baker Tilly’s industry, geographic and service line leadership to optimize performance across the firm’s operating model.

Chuck Droege, current Chief Operating Officer, has announced his decision to retire effective March 1, 2026, after many years of exemplary contributions to Baker Tilly.

Rebecca Pomering has been named Chief Growth Officer, reporting to Miles. Pomering will oversee marketing, sales, client experience and growth strategy.

Micheal Herman, Chief Digital and Information Officer, will join the Senior Leadership Team and report directly to Miles, reflecting the strategic importance of digital transformation and AI to Baker Tilly’s long-term strategy.
