Eyad Musharbash is the Regional Head/Operating Partner – LEVANT & Southern Gulf Region(s) at PayTabs, based in Jordan. Eyad is a practical and ambitious person, globally experienced in digital transformation, ranging from technology management, business development, leadership in both private and government sectors. He converges payment ecosystem and enables interoperability between different technology, thus, achieving a financial inclusion and digital economy. Eyad was appointed in 2019 as Chief of Digital Transformation Officer at The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurs where he supported Government of Jordan to enabling the transformation of economies and societies, creating opportunities, making businesses and government more efficient, improving citizens’ lives, and accelerate Jordan’s economic goals, as well as create jobs for all Jordanians, empower women, and position Jordan in the future digital global economy. At MasterCard, Eyad was the Technology Account Director for LEVANT, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain, providing strategic customer solutions (public & private sectors) and achieving mutual goals through leveraging cross-functional teams, systems, and maintain primary responsibility for managing the customer relationship and profitability opportunities. In this position as Card Department manager at Société Générale Bank – SGBJ and earlier Jordan Ahli Bank, he supported the mission, business goals, and objectives of the Bank as presented by the Board of Directors and the General Manager. In November 2021, Eyad joined PayTabs as the General Manager – Jordan & Iraq. Recently, he has been appointed as the Regional Head/Operating Partner for the LEVANT Region, including Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. Eyad holds a master’s degree in management information system and bachelor’s degree in accounting.
