Through this enhanced integration, tenant insurance is incorporated directly into the leasing process. Residents can upload proof of insurance for verification or purchase a policy from APOLLO without leaving the RentCafe experience, reducing friction at a critical point in the leasing journey. For property managers, the expanded partnership delivers a centralized, real-time view of insurance compliance directly within their Yardi dashboard. This visibility allows teams to quickly identify which residents are insured and which are not, enabling easier compliance tracking, improved risk management and more efficient leasing operations across their portfolios.
