Barretta joins Anything Real Estate with an extensive background in real estate operations, franchise management, and PropTech innovation. His career highlights include managing a $100 million renewal budget for Coldwell Banker franchises nationwide and orchestrating one of Brooklyn’s largest real estate transactions – the $138 million sale of Vanderveer Estates, encompassing 59 buildings and 2,500 units.

Prior to joining Anything Real Estate, Barretta served as COO of a Coldwell Banker brokerage, where he successfully expanded operations from 130 agents and 6 offices to over 200 agents and 8 offices. His experience also includes significant roles at Realogy (now Anywhere Real Estate), where he led the Coldwell Banker brand’s growth across 14 states.
