RD Last Mile Holdings, LLC (“ADL Final Mile”), a leading final mile delivery company headquartered in Omaha, NE, has acquired DMC Logistics, a premier provider of customized and final mile logistics services across New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, and Utah. This marks ADL Final Mile’s fourth acquisition.
“DMC Logistics is a strong strategic and cultural addition to the ADL Final Mile network as we continue expanding our footprint in the Southwest U.S. and broadening our service area for customers,” said Monte O’Hara, Chief Executive Officer of ADL Final Mile. “With this acquisition, our services now reach 27 states and 88 company managed distribution locations, benefitting both new and existing customers.”
